What we collect
When you join the Caliper waitlist, we collect your email address. We also use PostHog, a product analytics platform hosted in the EU, to understand how visitors use this site. This includes page views, button clicks, and scroll behavior, as well as session recordings — a replay of on-page interactions (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) used to spot usability issues. PostHog does not perform fingerprinting or third-party ad-tracking, and may set a cookie to recognize repeat visits.
How we use it
Your email address is used for a single purpose: to notify you when Caliper is available. We will send one launch announcement. We will not use your email address for newsletters, marketing campaigns, product updates, or any other communication beyond that single notification.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise disclose your email address to any third party. Your data is stored on our backend infrastructure and is used solely for the purpose described above.
Data retention
We retain your email address until the launch notification has been sent. After that, we will delete it from our records. You may also request deletion at any time before launch by contacting us at the address below — we will process your request within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
